Alexis J. Estevez is an award-winning storyteller with over 15 years experience editing everything from feature films to commercials.
Born April 29, in Brooklyn, New York, Alex was always creative. He loved drawing and even illustrated his own comic books as a teenager. After high school, Alex attended Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles where he fell in love with filmmaking during a class video assignment. He moved back to New York City where he edited several short films and his first feature, Animus. Alex would later edit for Comedy Central and 20th Century Fox. After returning to Los Angeles, he won several film festival awards for the dark comedy, Harvard Court. In addition to winning a Telly Award for an Outdoor Channel piece, Alex produced and edited, Dead Meat Walking: A Zombie Walk Documentary featuring Norman Reedus and Tom Savini.
